LSA - "La Saison Ambrée" Saison (6.4%) 28 IBU
Authentic Belgian inspired Saison that is the best of all worlds: yeast, malt, and hops. This Autumn appropriate Amber-Red Saison has the classic yeast forward aromatics of apricot and pear. The malt foundation gives it a biscuity malt flavour and structure that appears as an amber colour with red hues. The hoppy finish is earthy, dry, and peppery.
Awesome Blonde 5.8% 18 IBU
The 2016 PRBS Gold Medal winning Autumn Blonde enhanced, Gluten-reduced, and re-brewed for all seasons. This elegant Belgian inspired blonde style ale is a cultivated beauty that displays a rich gold colour and a creamy head. Her aroma is graceful and flavour exquisite showcasing the classic Belgian fruity-spicy complexity supported by balanced malt and Noble hops. Finishes clean and dry. An stylish fine ale by the chalice and a classic style to pair with fish and poultry dishes.
"Witty the Younger" Witbier (4.6%) 15 IBU
Our classic Belgian Witbier pours cloudy with a white-gold hue with a creamy white head. Balanced citrus and spice aroma. The pleasant flavours of lemon and orange with spice is fresh on the palate and finishes with the smooth classic slightly tartness. Made with Denmark Lemon Myrtle leaves. Extreme drinkability and quenching.
2016 Barrel-Aged Imperial Flanders Brown (9%) - 24 IBU
Rare extended aging Belgian-style Oud Bruin with a deep copper-brown colour and ruby highlights. A malt forward beer with lactic characters with malty and dried fruit aromas of plum, prune, and red berries. Barrel-Ageing in Shiraz and Pinot barrels has enhanced fruit, acidity, and a light sherry-like character typical of style. Enticing malt and complex fruit flavours. The mouthfeel is full and finish is dry and lactic.
Ole Witty One (4.7%) 15 IBU
Our classic Belgian Witbier pours cloudy with a white-gold hue with a creamy white head. Balanced citrus and spice aroma. The pleasant flavours of lemon and orange with spice is fresh on the palate and finishes with the smooth classic slightly tartness. Extreme drinkability and quenching.
"The Moz" Belgian IPA (6.2%) 30 IBU
Named after the tonnes* of Mozaic hops dry hopped into a special Belgian Ale made from our own house blend of three Belgian yeast strains. It is light amber in colour with a juicy hop and fruity/spicy flavour and hoppy tropical fruit aroma. Our second beer in our hop-forward series and a perfect IPA for summer and autumn.
*Note: It seemed like a tonne of those tantalising Mozaic hops were used but in fact, 4 kilos in a small batch of 15HL is a lot....
"Summer Dreaming" Golden Ale (5.7%) 25 IBU
Southern Belgian inspired Golden Ale that has an golden colour with orange hues and white head. Delicious golden ale with fruit aromatics of banana and bubblegum. The smooth malt flavour that is supported the Belgian yeast fruit and spice characters. The specialty malt balances the lightly bitter and dry finish.
2016 Off-Piste IPA (6.5%) - 50 IBU
As an annual event, we go "off-piste", or off the trail, and brew a completely non-Belgian style beer. This Hop Forward American IPA was brewed with distinctly American ingredients like American Ale Yeast and a hop blend of Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade, and Mosaic. The aroma is the classic citrus and pine hoppiness that carries over to the pallet but the Mosaic boosts the juicy tropical fruit flavours that is balanced with the supporting malt. The big bitterness is smooth with a great hoppy flavour and clean finish.
2016 Winter Blonde (5.8%) 20 IBU
This little sister of our PRBS Silver Medal winning Wallonia Gold. A Yeast Forward Belgian-style Saison that pours deep gold with an orange hue in colour and a creamy white head. Aroma and flavour have the classic Belgian fruity-spicy complexity of pear and stonefruit supported by balanced malt and noble hops.
2016 Quadruppel (8.8%) 25 IBU
Rare, extremely small batch Belgian-style Quad with a copper-brown colour. A huge beer with concentrated aromas of roasty malt and dried plums. Intense favour of rich malt and sweet complex dried fruit. The mouthfeel is rich and the finish lingers long.

2016 Essenza Coffee-Chocolate Stout (5.4%) 19 IBU
Nitrogenated Belgian Chocolate Stout made with Essenza Coffee and several roasted and caramel malts and fermented with Belgian yeast. The aroma and flavour is strong espresso and chocolate enhanced with Bahen & Co. cacao nibs. Nitrogen gives the body a creamy texture. The finish is dry and bitter similar to that of rich coffee and 90% bitter chocolate, and a perfect compliment to sweet chocolate desserts. Add your own cream and sugar.... optional.
2016 Wallonia Gold (7.0%) 22 IBU
This Belgian-style traditional Saison pours deep gold with a orange hue. Complex aromatics pear and stonefruit compliments the rich spicy character.

Amber-Red in colour, complex fruit and spice typical of Belgian Saison yeast. Still fermenting! Ready in April.
2016 Belgo-Aussie Pale Ale (5.3%) 21 IBU
This special Pale Ale was made with Belgian Abbey Yeast, Australian Malt, Belgian Candi Syrup, and dry hopped with Australian Hops. It is light amber in colour with a malty and fruity/estery flavour and balanced tropical fruit hoppy aroma. February 2016 release.

This Belgian-style Blond pours deep gold in colour and a creamy white head. Aroma and flavour have the classic Belgian fruity-spicy complexity supported by balanced malt and noble hops.

2015 Belgian-style Summer Witbier (5.8%) 15 IBU
Fondly called "Glutenous Maximus", this ale pours cloudy with a yellow-golden hue with a creamy white head. Balanced citrus and spice aroma. The pleasant flavours of orange and coriander transverses across the palate to the fruity, lightly tart finish. Oats added to the grist bill gives this beer a rich glutenous silky smooth palate. Extreme drinkability and quenching.

2015 Brunette (7.1%) 27 IBU
This Belgian Brune style ale has a deep amber colour with garnet hues. The aroma has a sweet malty/bready character and complex dried fruit and some earthy/floral notes. The palate is malty sweet with balanced bitterness. The finish is malty with a toasted spice character that is mingled with dried fruit. An excellent alternative to Blondes and Reds.
2015 Dubbel (7.3%) 26 IBU
This Belgian Dubbel style ale has a deep copper colour with a reddish hue. The aroma has a rich malty sweetness and complex dried fruit notes such as cherry and fig. The palate is rich with a malty-sweet flavours with a toasted spice character. The finish is generous and rich but still digestible, with a caramelised fig flavour that lingers long.
2015 Abbey (7.5%) 25 IBU
This Trappist-style Belgian Dubbel has a copper colour with a reddish glow. The aroma has a pleasant malty sweetness and complex dried fruit notes. The palate is rich with a bready/malty with a toasted spice character. The finish is generous, dry, and digestible, that lingers with a caramelised fig flavour.
2015 Tank 5 Saison (7.2%) 24 IBU
This special 2015 vintage saison was made from yeast strains originating from the French speaking part of Belgium. The colour spectrum is gold-amber with an orange hue. The stylish aroma displays complex fruitiness with a restrained spice. The aromatic characters carry over to the palate complimenting the forward leaning specialty malt flavours and finishes with an tangerine-like citrus character and balanced bitterness.
2015 Secret Galaxy - Saison IPA (7.1%) 30 IBU
Not only was this Saison dry hopped with whole Summer hop cones and Vic Secret hops, but also Galaxy, Cascade, and other secret hops. The colour is deep gold to amber with some hop haze. The complex aroma of tropical fruit and pine displays both hop and yeast fruitiness with supporting spice. The palate is hoppy with supporting zesty and citrusy flavours.
2015 Diabla (8.4%) 24 IBU
This Belgian Strong Golden Ale was made with 100% Organic Pilsner malt and shows complex stone fruit and apricot aromas with a delicate spiciness. The aromas are also present on the palate and supported by a candied banana note, clean alcohol flavours, and fruity but dry finish.
2015 "BDM 15" Biere De Mars (7.3%) 24 IBU
This special 2015 vintage Biere de Mars was made from a French yeast strain. The colour is brilliant amber. The malt forward aroma displays complex toast with yeast fruitiness with a background spice. The aromatic characters carry over to the palate complimenting the specialty malt flavours and finishes with caramel-citrus fruity character and appropriate bitterness.
2014 "Zenne 14" Farmhouse Saison (5.0% ABV) 20 IBU
This the the last release of our Special Belgian Saison made in 2014. It's funky and tart with 3 strains of Brettanomyces. Natural organic acid tartness. Complex apricot, brett funk, and spice on the aroma and palate.
